Reinvent, rather than Return

The pandemic accelerated the redesign of our people strategy and creation of a future proof, hybrid and flexible workplace approach, where employees will be able to work in the office and also from home. Against an uncertain backdrop in 2020 we continued to grow the team in line with our global expansion. We welcomed 51 new employees to VIOOH at all levels and across all disciplines, ranging from marketing through to engineering and product. In addition, we expanded our global footprint, building out a team in China.
