Q. How do I book my flight? 

A. Please speak with Hannah to arrange this. For tax reasons (both for VIOOH and to international VIOOHers), travel paid by VIOOH needs to be from your usual place of business (US, AU, China/HK) to/from London. 

Q. Do I need to book accommodation?

A. Please speak with Hannah to arrange this.

Q. What dates should I fly?

A. Please aim to arrive on either Sunday 25th or the morning of Monday 26th of January 2026, and fly out on Friday 30th January (or later).

Q. What can I expense during VIOOH Week?

A. Flights and accommodation should be organised through Hannah, accommodation costs will be covered by VIOOH for the nights of Sunday 25th, Monday 26th, Tuesday 27th, Wednesday 28th, Thursday 29th January 2026. For all other expenses, please refer to your local expenses policy.
